The Jim D. Morris Building, formerly known as Netters Department Store built in 1916, connects to the Gillioz grand lobby, providing a convenient common lobby for both buildings. The three story department store has undergone extensive renovation and is now home to services to be enjoyed to by all. The Ronald and Nancy Reagan Center is now complete. Come see what all the fuss is about. We truly have something for everyone at the Reagan Center. The third floor is now occupied by Ozarks Technical Community College’s Fine Arts program. Students will utilize the Center in their studies of music, visual, and performing arts. What better place to hone their skills than next to the Gillioz which offers both visual and performing works of art? The second floor is home to Wellington Place, owned and operated by Dining By Design. It is a full-service reception and convention facility. Wellington place offers a range of 465 to 4,530 square feet of luxurious space to its guests. Home to a plethora of events such as receptions, birthdays, weddings, showers, conventions and much more, Wellington Place has quickly added it’s name to the ranks of Springfield’s elite catering and reception facilities. On the first floor is Tonic Ultralounge. Tonic is a Vegas inspired upscale restaurant and bar. This Ultralounge truly brings something to downtown that it lacked. Classic, beautiful architecture that blends wonderfully with that of the Gillioz Theatre, changeable LED lights to fit every mood, plasma TV’s, DJ’s, and live music provide the perfect atmosphere for a great night. Together with the Gillioz Theatre these three wonderful floors make up the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Center.
